Easy Baked Potatoes

Tired of eating the same boiled and fried potato, then it's time to try Baked Potatoes. They are crisp and crust on the outside, but when you dip a fork on the inside they are soft and fluffy. Imagine how they'll taste in your mouth, delicious of course.

When baking potatoes, you are free to experiment with any spice, herb, and sauce of your choice. This will help to add a different aroma, flavor, and taste to the potatoes. If you are tired of a particular taste you can switch the spices and make it spicier. The choice is yours.

3 medium-size Potatoes

1/4 teaspoon Rosemary

2 tablespoon Groundnut oil

Salt to taste

1/2 tablespoons Paprika powder

1/4 teaspoon Chili flakes

1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder

1. Wash potatoes and soak them inside cool water for 30-1hr (soaking is optional)

2. Don't peel the potatoes (optional though), cut them into wedges or cubes. At this stage, it's best to pre-heat your oven.

3. In a clean big bowl, pour the cut potatoes, add all the spices, oil, and toss.

4. Line your baking tray with a baking sheet or parchment paper, and place the potatoes on it.

5. Bake till the potatoes' skin is crisp. This should take about 40 minutes depending on your oven.

6. Once it is ready, serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
