How To Make Beans Flour At Home

April 22, 2020

These days everyone's trying to make life easier for themselves and I've decided to join the easy life geng. Please whosoever likes stress should shift for us o😂.
Beans contains protein and other vital minerals, hence, it's considered as one of natures super food.

I like beans and would love to experiment with it but each time I think of the stress of peeling the beans, turning it into a paste I'll just opt out for something else. But now I've found a easier way for hardworking people like myself who'd like to make different recipes with beans but don't like the stress of peeling or soaking beans. All you have to do is to make beans flour with your raw beans.

With this beans flour you can make lots of mouth watering dishes with no stress at all. You can use it to make akara, moi moi, beans pancake and so on. All you have to do is add water to the flour and your other secret ingredients and your food is ready!

How To Make Beans Flour

• raw beans (brown or white)
• dry pepper (optional)
• dehydrated onions (optional)

1. Pick your beans. This helps to ensure that stones, sand and the beans back is not in the beans.

2. No need to peel your beans at all. Some people do though, but if you do this you'd be peeling off the fiber and other nutrients in the beans.

3. If you have a powerful blender or Miller you can skip this step but if you don't, pound the beans into smaller particles. This helps to make the work easy for your blender.

4. Add the beans/pounded beans to your dry mill (the small cup of your blender), add the dry pepper and dehydrated onions. Cover your blender and blend until the beans becomes smooth like flour.

5. If you don't have a blender at home. You can grind it outside. It's less stressful that way.

6. Your beans flour is ready and you can now use it anytime to prepare any meal of your choice.
