Fried Rice & Spicy Plantain

Today's food is easy to make and can be made within few minutes. I decided to kill two birds with one stone by posting both the spicy plantain recipe and the Fried rice recipe.
No much story today, abeg let's go to the kitchen jo😂
Ingredients
For fried Rice
2 cups of rice
Vegetable oil
Curry & thyme
Liver (optional)
Water to cook
Vegetables (carrot, green beans, green peas, atarodo, green bell pepper, onions...)
Seasoning cubes & salt to taste
For Spicy Plantain
Plantain
Vegetable oil
Either of onions, garlic, ginger or all of them.

Instructions
Fried Rice
1. Cook rice with curry (this makes the rice green), thyme, seasoning cubes, salt, pepper(optional), and other spices.
2. Chop all vegetables and liver
3. Once rice is ready, take out a clean fry pan or cooking pot, pour vegetable oil into the pot, add the vegetables to the pan and fry for a minute, then add the rice to the vegetables and fry for about 1-2 minutes (stir the rice into the vegetables while frying).
Fry the rice in batches if you are using a small fry pan.
Spicy Plantain
1. Cut plantain into desired shape. sprinkle salt on the plantain if you like (well I don't usually do this because I feel plantain is already sweet )
2. Pour vegetable oil in a saucepan, add ginger, garlic, onions to the oil. When the oil is hot add the plantains and fry.
3. The plantains will smell and taste like the spices you added to the oil.
Serve hot with fried rice, beans, white rice etc.
