Nigerian Pap (Ogi)

April 08, 2019

Ogi or pap is one of the best and most common cereal in Nigeria. I'm not sure where it originated from but it's common in all part of Nigeria. It is made with corn, millet or sorghum depending on the individual.
Pap can be taken with bean cake, brownies, fruits, nuts, milk etc. Most Nigerians prefer their pap with milk, akara or moimoi, but I love having mine with mixed fruits and nuts.
Ogi can be sweetened with sugar, bananas or honey.
