Homemade Rice Milk Soap

January 23, 2019

If you are looking for a way to have a brighter and even toned skin then rice milk soap is for you. Rice is recently used in so many beauty and cosmetic products due to its ability to help the skin in various ways.
Rice contains phytic acid which helps to break down dead skin cells leaving your skin smooth and lighter. A consistent use of rice milk soap can help lighten and soften your skin making you look younger than before.
Rice milk is also good for sensitive skin, it contains Gamma oryzanol which helps reduce itching.

I hope you're already falling in love with the soap because I am.

Ingredients
• 4 tablespoon rice milk
• 1 tablespoon honey
•  1 bar soap (I used dettol skin care)
• essential oil (optional)

Preparations
1. Cut bar soap into smaller pieces and add 2 tablespoon of water to help it melt faster. Melt bar soap in the microwave or use the double boileror method by placing a pot on medium heat, add water and place another Stainless bowl containing the bar soap on top of the water. As the water boils it'll melt the soap.

2. Once the soap had melted remove from the boiling water and add other ingredients (rice milk, essential oils, and honey)

3. Pour the soap into a soap mold and let it cool for 5 hours. Or you can put it in the freezer for close to an hour.
If you don't have a soap mold you can use a plastic takeaway plate.

Please let me know what you feel about the soap.
